Terms of Service

These terms apply when you ask Movenza Films for a free preview or order a film. We keep them short and plain. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who we are

Movenza Films makes short films of villas and apartments from the photos in their listings. It is run by a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. You can reach us at hello@movenzafilms.com.

2. The free preview

• The preview is free, and you don't have to order anything.
• It is short, in lower quality and has watermarks. It is there for you to judge the result, not to publish.
• The preview is not licensed for any use. Please don't publish it, share it publicly or try to remove the watermarks.
• If you don't order, we delete the preview and your photos within 60 days.

3. Your photos

• With your permission, we use the photos from your listings on Google, Booking, Airbnb or your website, or photos you send us.
• When you order, you confirm that you have the right to let us use these photos to make a film of your property. If a photographer took them, please check that your agreement with them allows this.
• We use your photos only to make your preview and your film.

4. How the film is made

We add camera movement to your photos with AI video tools, then edit the film, grade the colour and add music. A person checks every film before you get it.

We don't add, remove or change furniture, rooms, the pool or the view. We only bring to life things that move in reality, such as water, curtains, leaves, the sky and light.

Please watch the film before you publish it. Some booking platforms have their own rules about AI-assisted content, so check them before you upload the film there.

5. Packages and prices

• Full HD, €250. A film of 30–45 seconds in 9:16 and 16:9, in 1080p, with licensed music, titles in English and one round of changes.
• 4K, €350. A film of 60 seconds plus 30 and 15 second cuts, in 9:16, 16:9 and 4:5, in 4K, with licensed music, titles in two languages and two rounds of changes.
• Agencies, from 5 films: €200 per film in Full HD, €300 per film in 4K. A film for every property with everything in the Full HD or 4K package, in one consistent style, with your agency's end card.

Prices are in euro and paid once. There is no subscription. Business customers in the EU are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.

6. Payment

You pay 100% before we start your full film, through a secure payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or by bank transfer against an invoice. We start as soon as your payment arrives.

The payment page shows the price in euro. Our bank in Ukraine processes card payments in Ukrainian hryvnia, so your bank converts the amount into your card's currency. The final amount on your statement may differ slightly because of your bank's exchange rate and fees.

7. Delivery

We send the full film within 24–48 hours after payment, as a download link in our chat or by email. If anything delays it, we tell you straight away.

8. Changes

Full HD includes one round of changes, 4K includes two. A round is one list of changes sent together, for example a different order of shots, other music, new titles or a shorter cut. Changes that need new photos are not included, but we can agree on them separately.

9. Refunds

You see the free preview before you pay, and our production costs start as soon as we begin your full film. So once we have started, we don't refund payments if you change your mind. If something in the film is not right, we fix it with the changes included in your package.

If we cannot deliver your film at all, we refund the full amount.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law. If you are a consumer in the EU, by asking us to start right after payment you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once we deliver the film.

10. Using your film

• After full payment, you may use the film for as long as you like, anywhere in the world, to promote your property: on your website, on social media, in ads, in messages to guests and on listing sites that accept video.
• The music is licensed for this use. Please don't use it on its own or in other videos.
• You may not resell the film or license it to others.
• We show your film in our portfolio only if you allow it.

11. Liability

We make every film with care, but we can't promise a particular number of bookings. Our total liability for a film is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you paid.
