Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Movenza Films uses, where it comes from, how long we keep it, and how to stop us contacting you.

Who we are

Movenza Films makes short films of villas and apartments from the photos in their listings. It is run by a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. For anything about your data, write to hello@movenzafilms.com.

If we contacted you first

We look for villas and apartments that are publicly offered for rent on Google Maps, on their own websites and on booking sites. From these public sources we take:

• the name and address of the property, and a link to its listing;
• the contact details published for bookings: phone number, WhatsApp, email or website;
• the listing photos, but only after you have said yes to a free preview.

We use these details to send you one short message about our service. If you say no or don't reply, we don't write again. We delete your details within 60 days and keep only your phone number, email or website in our stop list, so that we never contact you again.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to people who publicly advertise their property for rent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time: see Opt out of messages.

If you ask for a preview or order a film

• We use your listing photos, or photos you send us, to make your preview and your film. We do this with your permission (Article 6(1)(a)) and, once you order, to fulfil our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
• We keep our chat, your name, the property name and your order details to deliver the film and answer your questions.
• Payments go through the secure payment page of our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
• Companies that pay by bank transfer give us invoice details, which we keep as tax law requires (Article 6(1)(c)).

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages to you.

Who else processes your data

We use a few services to do our work:

• WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, for messages;
• our payment provider and our bank, for payments;
• video generation and cloud storage services, to make and deliver your film.

Some of these services are outside the European Union, for example in Ukraine and the United States. We share with each service only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

• Contacts who did not reply or said no: deleted within 60 days, except the stop list entry.
• Previews that were not ordered: deleted within 60 days, together with the photos.
• Photos and project files of ordered films: up to 12 months after delivery, so that we can make changes or send the film again. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires, at least three years.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a common format. You can object to our messages at any time, and you can withdraw your permission to use your photos at any time. Withdrawing permission does not undo a film we have already delivered. Write to hello@movenzafilms.com and we will reply within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Croatia this is AZOP, the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
