Is the preview really free?

Yes. We make a short preview with watermarks from your listing photos, and you decide if you want the full film. If you don't, you pay nothing, and we delete the preview and your photos.

Where do you get the photos?

From your listing on Google, Booking or Airbnb, and only with your permission. You don't need to send anything, but you can send newer photos in the chat. If a photographer took your photos, please check that your agreement allows a film to be made from them.

Will the film change how my villa looks?

No. Furniture, rooms, the pool and the view stay exactly as they are in your photos. We only bring to life what moves in reality: water, curtains, leaves, the sky and light.

Do you fly a drone?

No. The shots look as if a drone or a camera operator filmed them, but they are made from your photos with AI video tools, then edited and checked by a person. No visit, no shoot.

How long does it take?

The free preview is usually ready the next day. The full film arrives 24–48 hours after payment.

What is the difference between Full HD and 4K?

Full HD is a 30–45 second film in vertical and wide formats, perfect for phones and most websites. 4K adds a 60 second version, 30 and 15 second cuts, a 4:5 format, titles in two languages and a second round of changes, and it stays sharp on large screens and TV.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Full HD includes one round of changes and 4K includes two. Send everything you want changed in one message: the order of shots, the music, the titles or the length.

Can I get a refund?

You see the free preview before you pay, and our costs start as soon as we begin your full film. So we don't refund payments for a change of mind, but we fix anything that isn't right within the changes in your package. The details are in our Terms.

Where can I use the film?

Anywhere you promote your property: your website, social media, ads, messages to guests and listing sites that accept video. It's yours to use for as long as you like, and the music is licensed for this use.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure link in our chat. Companies can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Payment is 100% upfront. The price is shown in euro, and card payments go through our bank in Ukraine in hryvnia, so your bank's exchange rate may change the final amount slightly.
